Dutch expertise on waterfront development appreciated in Poland

KuiperCompagnons submits proposal for Conceptual Planning of Islands

The competition is for the city of Changsha on the Xiang River. The aim for 15 islands design is to highlight the characteristics of ‘landscape islands city’ of Changsha, whilst also enhancing the image of Changsha as a desirable place for living, working and traveling.
