In the last 30 years, Shenzhen grew from a fishing village into a global port city with more than 10 million inhabitants. As a relatively young city, neighboring the city of Hong Kong it strongly focuses to develop a water tourism industry.
Together with DHV, WA Yachting Consultants delivered a Cruise and Yachting Development Strategy and Action Plan for Shenzhen, covering the whole spectrum of both activities and businesses, including the tourism product, economic drivers, added value, value chain, investments required and the planning of phased implementation.
